SMS Terms (Holigenix Healthcare Text Messaging Program)
- Program: Holigenix Healthcare sends text messages to parents/guardians of the children in our care and to our employees who opt in: nurse shift and visit scheduling, reminders, care coordination, office announcements and, for those who choose it, agency news and events.
- Opting in: you opt in by checking an SMS consent box on our website contact form or by signing our SMS consent on an intake or onboarding form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of care or employment.
- Opting out:reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one confirmation text, then no more texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, call 1 (888) 857-8667 or emailadmin@holigenixhealthcare.com.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless carrier about your plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be 18 or older (or the parent/legal guardian of the patient) to opt in.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
